Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Food and beverage orders placed on koconuttree.com are prepared fresh at our restaurant and either delivered to your address by our delivery staff or partners, or kept ready for you to collect (takeaway).
• No courier shipping: we do not sell or ship packaged products, merchandise or any other physical goods through postal or courier services.
• Electronic delivery: order confirmations, invoices, payment receipts, table and event reservation confirmations, and meal subscription details are delivered electronically by SMS, email or WhatsApp to the contact details you provide, immediately after successful payment or booking.

Home delivery is available within our service radius around the restaurant at Office Unit B-28, Shivam Complex, Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra, 411013, India. Enter your full address and pincode at checkout; if your location is outside our current delivery area you will be informed before payment and can choose takeaway instead. Delivery areas may be extended or reduced temporarily due to weather, staffing or demand.

• Standard orders are usually delivered within 30–45 minutes of order confirmation.
• The estimated time shown at checkout and on your order tracking page is indicative. It may be longer during peak hours, festivals, heavy rain or traffic disruptions. We will keep you informed through order status updates.
• You can schedule an order for a later time slot where this option is offered at checkout.
• Delivery is available during our working hours: Monday – Sunday, 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (IST).

• Orders with a food value of ₹500 or more are delivered free of charge.
• Orders below ₹500 carry a flat delivery charge of ₹50.
• Any delivery charge is shown clearly in the order summary before you pay. There are no hidden fees.
• Takeaway (self-pickup) orders have no delivery charge.

• Choose "Takeaway" at checkout and your order will be prepared for collection at the restaurant.
• You will be notified when the order is ready, typically within 20–30 minutes.
• Please quote your order number at the counter. Orders are held for up to 60 minutes after they are ready.

• Please ensure the delivery address, landmark and phone number are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order.
• Our delivery person will call you on arrival if needed. If we cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, the order may be marked undelivered and, since food is perishable, no refund will be due (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).
• Contactless delivery is available on request: add a note at checkout and the order will be left at your door.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, please keep the exact amount ready for the delivery person.

Food is packed in sealed, food-grade containers at the time of dispatch and transported in insulated bags. Please check the seal on receipt and consume the food promptly. If any item arrives damaged, spilled or tampered with, do not accept it and contact us immediately so we can replace it or refund you.

If an order is delayed well beyond the estimated time, you can track it live on the order tracking page or contact us on +91 88886 89061. If we are unable to deliver the order for reasons within our control, the order is cancelled and the full amount refunded as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
