By accessing or using koconuttree.com (the "Website"), creating an account, placing an order or making a reservation, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

The Website is owned and operated by Koconut Tree Restaurant, Office Unit B-28, Shivam Complex, Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra, 411013, India ("we", "us", "our").

Through the Website we offer:

• Online ordering of food and beverages for home delivery or takeaway (self-pickup).
• Table and event reservations at our restaurant.
• Promotional offers, coupons and meal subscription plans, where available.
• Information about our menu, gallery, blog and events.

Menu items, prices, offers and delivery areas are subject to change and availability without prior notice. Images are for representation only; the actual dish may vary in appearance.

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when you register, order or reserve.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at contact@fibonce.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• You must ensure that the delivery address and contact number you provide are correct and that someone is available to receive the order.
• You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account, including applicable taxes and delivery fees.

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Place fraudulent, fake or speculative orders or reservations, or repeatedly fail to accept orders you have placed.
• Misuse coupons, offers or referral schemes, including creating multiple accounts to obtain benefits.
• Post reviews or content that is false, defamatory, obscene, abusive or infringes anyone's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected system, or to interfere with its normal operation.
• Copy, scrape, reproduce or commercially exploit any part of the Website without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaches these rules.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you confirm your order.
• An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation from us. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example when an item is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our service area, or we suspect fraud. Any amount already paid for a cancelled order will be refunded in full.
• Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner Razorpay using UPI, debit or credit cards, net banking and wallets. We do not store your payment instrument details.
• Cash on Delivery may be offered for eligible orders. Payment must be made in full to the delivery person at the time of delivery.
• You may request a GST invoice by entering a valid GSTIN at checkout. The invoice is issued in the name and GSTIN you provide.
• In the rare event of a pricing or typographical error we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

Cancellations, refunds and reservation changes are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Delivery areas, timings and charges are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to traffic, weather or high demand.

• Reservations are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message from us.
• Tables are held for 15 minutes after the reserved time, after which the reservation may be released.
• For large groups or events we may request an advance, which is refundable as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, seafood and other allergens. While we take care to follow your instructions, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free of a specific allergen. Please inform us of allergies when ordering. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian indications are provided in good faith.

All content on the Website, including the Koconut Tree name and logo, text, photographs, menu descriptions, graphics, design and software, is owned by or licensed to Koconut Tree Restaurant and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

By submitting reviews, photos or other content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and use that content in connection with our services and marketing. You confirm the content is yours and does not violate anyone's rights. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

We may suspend or permanently close your account, cancel pending orders and refuse future service if you breach these Terms, misuse offers, behave abusively towards our staff or delivery partners, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not affect any payment obligations already incurred.

The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses. We make reasonable efforts to keep menu, price and availability information accurate but do not guarantee it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Koconut Tree Restaurant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Koconut Tree Restaurant, its owners, employees and partners from any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

The Website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as Google Maps, social media platforms and our payment partner Razorpay. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the dispute-resolution process below, the courts having jurisdiction over Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website.

If you have a complaint, please first contact our support team at contact@fibonce.com or +91 88886 89061 during Monday – Sunday, 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (IST). We aim to acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and to resolve it within 7 working days. Nothing in this clause prevents you from approaching a consumer forum or court under applicable law.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
